Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at machineryparts.uae@kanoo.com within 24 hours, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at machineryparts.uae@kanoo.com within 24 hours of confirmation of the order.

Refunds

Applicable only for damaged and wrong item with picture and justification.

We offer refunds within 24 hours of delivery, if this time has passed since you received your order, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange of any kind.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
