We have a 24-hour refund policy, which means that you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a refund for damaged items with proof and justification with photos.

Applicable only for damaged and wrong item with picture and justification.

We offer refunds within 24 hours of delivery, if this time has passed since you received your order you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange of any kind.

 If your refund is accepted, we'll send you an email confirmation with all the details.

 

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll contact you to let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, we'll automatically refund your original payment method.
